WELCOME TO ANOTHER SCHOOL YEAR!

Hi, everyone! How was your summer? We were busy checking out Marine World, observing some unusual and beautiful fish at the Steinhardt Aquarium, caught Stuart Little II, went bowling, created some great art projects and got into workshops such as keyboarding, drawing, cooking, and sports. We look forward to a great year renewing old friendships and meeting new friends. We have lots of activities and projects planned.

Our September THEMES Were
Shake, Rattle, and Roll
Viva la France
Autumn Equinox
Let's Get Messy

Wanda made Spin Art with the kids and then framed their work, Pegg had the kids dancing to some old rock-and-roll, we learned new parachute games with Deanna and did tie-dye with Erica.

K-Time
We have a small group of Ks in the morning. They are getting used to the routine of A.T. and having fun playing Legos, learning new computer games, and doing projects.

Our October THEMES are
Rock, Paper, Scissors
Marvelous Mexico
Falling Forward
Crazy Concoctions
Creature Feature

During October we are creating abstract pictures with Wanda, and miniature sombreros, enchiladas, salsa, and churros with Pegg. We are learning various soccer skills with Deanna while Erica and kids are going to make papier-mâché masks for our annual HALLOWEEN PARTY during Creature Feature Weeks
