This is a sample of one of our Lorenzo Manor Adventure Time newsletters: Welcome to the Lorenzo Manor Adventure Time. We are enjoying spending this special year with your children and have many exciting adventures in mind for all. We have planned lots of activities centered around weekly themes. We will be exploring arts and crafts, puppetry and drama, music and movement, and lots of outdoor games and sports. The THEMES FOR SEPTEMBER AND OCTOBER are: August 28-September 6................ Creepy Crawlers October 14-18.............................. Glowing Pumpkins October 21-25.............................. Spooky Stories and Legends October 28-November 1................ Masks of Surprise This year we will also have a special music area, and time in the afternoons when students may practice their instruments and experience a keyboard and rhythmic instruments. HOMEWORK HEROES CLUB Encourage your child to take part in our Homework Heroes Club. We offer incentives, certificates, and other rewards when children work on their homework at Adventure Time. This will free up their time (and yours) in the evening for more enjoyable activities. Once they sign up, we remind them every day. KINDER PARENTS: if your child will be ordering a hot lunch please let us know by 8:00 A.M. so we can order it and pick it up. EVERYONE: Please check the Parent Table periodically for any drop in times that need to be signed and any new information you should know about.
