WELCOME TO ANOTHER SCHOOL YEAR!
We missed everyone! We
are looking forward to another fantastic year at A.T. There are lots of
new faces, and of course, lots of familiar faces. We hope you all had a
wonderful summer.
ACTIVITIES
The children were busy the month of September with many fun activities.
Our first theme of the month was Wacky Welcome. We made name tags with Kristie,
jumped rope outside with Linda, of course, and made furry friend pencil
toppers with Roxanne. The second week's theme was Going Buggy when we made
ladybug shakes with Lindy, Popsicle stick bugs with Cindy, and with Katherine,
played Chinese hop outside. The third week‚s theme, Autumn Splendor,
found us making autumn wreaths, hats, leaf rubbings, and much, much more.
The last week of September brought us Splash of Color and we did finger
painting with Roxanne, paper clip necklaces with Cindy, and played a game
of sharks n‚ minnows outside with Kristi. This is just a sampling of
the many things we enjoyed.

October 28-November 1............ Freaky Phantoms
Be careful when entering
the A.T. Haunted House!!
We are spending the month working hard at transforming our room into a vision
of make believe. Watch out for spider webs, skeletons, and ghosts flying
with the breeze.
KINDER
CORNER
What a great group! Much of our kindergarten time is spent sharing with
each other. We share our stories, artwork, and we share our food during
some of our cooking projects. Please send an extra outfit in case of an
emergency. Please place it in a name-labled ZipLoc bag.
NILES
A.T. STUDENTS
If you would like to earn stickers, prizes, certificates, and get your homework
done at the same time, join our Homework Heroes Club!!! If you do
your homework at A.T., you will have evening time for more pleasant things.
