Our

Some of the activities
we had in September were stone-age art, rain sticks, button boy key chains,
soccer, kickball, and a game called toss the feathers with Teguh. Vicky
helped the children make noodle jewelry, charm bracelets and origami boxes.
Outside she kept them busy with relay races, dodgeball, and cartoon tag.
Jonee showed the children how to make clay volcanos, butterflies, and a
sense mobile inside, while outside, it was funnel ball, double Dutch jump
rope, and bubbles. Children with Terri had a taste test, made frosting dough
animals, and conducted science experiments. She kept them hopping with basketball,
hand shake, and 4-square. In the mornings Vahida and the children kept busy
making pencil holders, bell chimes, shadow puppets, playing circle tag,
jump rope, and 4-square. Krystle taught the children how to make pencil
pouches, slime, and scrapbooks. Outside she played monkey in the middle,
hoop to hoop, and line tag.

With Halloween just approaching,
Jonee is keeping the children busy with monster hands, jack-o-lantern
mobiles, and bat pins. Outside she is playing steal the ghost, line tag,
and poison. The children are having fun making black cats, magic wands,
and pumpkin faces with Vicky, while Teguh is using up some of their energy
with sack races, HORSE, and a marble race. Terri is helping to make spiral
witches, bat mobiles, and hanging spider inside, while outside, shes
busy with knock out, dodgeball, and jump rope. Krystle is carving pumpkins,
creating costumes, face painting, and making chocolate covered lollipops.
Outside she is holding a Halloween scavenger hunt, playing prison dodgeball,
and blowing bubbles. With Teguh, Terri is keeping the kinders busy with
literature and singing, outside activities, cooking, and arts and crafts
projects.

A
REMINDER
There are several after-school activities at Warwick through out the year.
If your child is going to be involved in one of these activities, please
fill out an activity form prior to the start of the activity. We cant
let a child leave A.T. without prior written permission.
Again, we
are looking forward to a great and rewarding year.
